Autumn Blogging

Enough with the politics, for today anyway. There's a week left to deal with all of that. At least I hope it's just a week.

I took the digicam out for a stroll in a local park and took a few snaps. Here are the results. Click on the pic for the full sized version- but beware, each is between 1 and 2 megabytes.

19th Century German architecture. The neighborhood is called German Village and it lies immediately south of downtown Columbus, Ohio.

Postcard-perfect. The scenery makes it easy.

Orange crush. The location is Schiller Park, a 3 by 4 block neighborhood park.

Orange and blue are complimentary colors. Putting them together makes for an interesting picture.
