John Pilger: Partner in Terrorism
In an outrageous piece of terrorist propaganda appearing on the cover of today's New Statesman, John Pilger puts the blame for the 7/7 London attacks not on the terrorists, but rather on Tony Blair:
Random Musings
The Arabs don't want the West messing around in Sudan. Since the victims in Sudan are black Africans and the killers are Arabs, I'd have been very surprised had the Arab League come up with any other opinion. Who's going to heed this Arab warning? Kofi and the French, naturally. It's interesting that so soon after the invasion of Iraq, where the UN failed to demonstrate any worth, they've got a chance to redeem themselves in a scenario neatly separated from any divisive issues of American hegemony and are failing spectacularly anyway. Khartoum is sovereign, and not the people of Sudan, so nothing can be done, except for the issuing of sternly worded resolutions.
The mayor of Hiroshima criticized the United States the other day for continuing to develop nuclear weapons. Here's a stupid question: who appointed Hiroshima as the moral arbiter of the use of nukes? Japan fought a vicious war in the Pacific and they got slapped down hard. That mayor ought to be warning other fascistic entities not to attack the US, which just might induce us to use nuclear weapons against them. That's the warning Hiroshima ought to be giving everybody. Now my blood is going! Can't stop now.
And Iran. I notice that the European triumvirate of the UK, France, and Germany is doing swimmingly in keeping nukes out of the mullahs hands. The IAEA might have to issue a sternly worded report, which might cause the Security Council to issue a sternly worded resolution. At least the Arab League won't be involved in this one. Unfortunately in seems that that the Israelis won't be involved either.
Kerry meanwhile has promised us a "more senstitive war on terror". Oh my good God.
